• ​ All prices displayed on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We are not currently registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and therefore do not charge VAT on any orders. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout.
• ​ Delivery fees or logistics charges, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. No additional fees will be imposed after checkout.
• ​ We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and secure online payment gateways. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• ​ Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Order Cancellation

Currently, we only accept orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. We do not serve customers outside the UAE at this time. We reserve the right to expand our delivery areas in the future as part of our business expansion plans.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Returns and Refund Policy governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. Under UAE consumer protection law, you have statutory rights to return or exchange goods that are defective, incomplete, damaged, or contrary to their description.
